I took my ring in for one of the diamonds to be replaced and prongs repaired. Abby willingly agreed to replace the diamond and repair the ring for me at no cost and she eagerly honored the warranty I’ve purchased other jewelry, replaced batteries, and service from her before and have been pleased with her service and professionalism.
